Pierogi of Cleveland Gift Certificates can be redeemed online at pieroigiesofcleveland.com or call us to place an order and use your gift certificate. If you have any questions about using or purchasing Gift Certificates, please call 330-608-0683.

Q. If I receive a $10 gift certificate may I order $10 worth of product and use local delivery?
A. Sorry, We offer  local delivery to the Akron area with a minimum $30 order.

Q. Is there a minimum order for Local delivery?
A. There is a minimum order of $30 for  local delivery. 

Q. Is there a charge for local delivery?
A. Yes, the fee is $5 dollars. The charge will be added to your online order during checkout. 

Q. What happens if I'm not home when my pierogies are delivered?
A. Your pierogies will be delivered frozen. If you are not home simply place a cooler outside and we will place your order in the cooler. 

Q. Are there any days you don't make deliveries?
A. There are only two days during the week that we make deliveries, they are Monday and Thursday. Or you can pick up your pierogies from one of the farmers markets that we attend.

Q. Do you offer COD for Local deliveries?
A. Yes, we will accept cash or checks when we deliver your product. Please call our kitchen to discuss this option if this is your first time placing an order with us

Q. When will my pierogies be delivered?
A. During checkout you will be asked your preferred delivery date, choose a date that is on a Monday or Thursday, any date is fine as long as it is at least one day after you have placed your order.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are packaged in an insulated shipping container with reusable gel packs, dry ice or a combination of both to ensure top quality and freshness. We cannot guarantee the food to be frozen upon arrival but do guarantee all the food to arrive safely. If your product does arrive thawed it can be refrozen (as per USDA Click here to read USDA statement), or consumed within 3 days (follow directions on packaging). Please unpack your order immediately after arriving and store in a freezer or refrigerator.

Our regular shipping days (excluding holiday exceptions) are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, to arrive Thursday - Saturday (Sat. Delivery required). If your order will be delayed due to shipping you will be notified. Once shipped, your package will arrive in 1 to 3 business days to all locations in the U.S.A. Please look over the different shipping zones listed bellow so that you will know which shipping option is right for you during checkout. If you select an inappropriate shipping option your order will be placed on hold pending approval of new shipping arrangements.

New We offer Flat Rate shipping across the country. If you order 1-8 items your charge is 24.99. For every additional 8 items we add 14.99. these items will ship using the United States Post Office

Q. What makes up the UPS shipping costs?
A. Our shipping costs come directly from UPS, Poshpierogies.com applies a $10.00 a handeling fee on all shipped orders to cover the cost of a reusable shipping container and dry ice.

Q. How can I find out what my shipping cost will be?
A. During the Checkout Process on our site you will be presented with different shipping options to choose from, this will display the prices for you that are the actual shipping costs calculated based on where the package is going and the amount of products you have in the cart.

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. Depending on the zone you live in, your order may take up to 3 days to arrive. We only ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Any orders received after Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday(1 week).

Q. I need my order ASAP can you ship out on Thursday or Friday?
A. Yes, we can in this case just select overnight shipping.


NO RETURNS will be accepted, if you do not like the taste of our products, however, if your package has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Poshpierogies.com can not be responsible or issue refunds for spoiled products due to shipping delays caused by inclement weather, floods, hurricanes, snow storms, or other acts of nature. Any returned packages that are marked undeliverable, not picked up by customer from our shipper and are returned to us will be discarded and no refund will be issued.

Finally, we ask all customers to please be on the lookout for products being left by the carrier on your property. All products must be stored immediately in a freezer or refrigerator upon arrival. If you are purchasing this as a gift for anyone please let them know to be on a lookout for perishable delivery.
